THE KONA COAST IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES KNOWN TO EXPERIENCE MANTA RAYS UP CLOSE AND IN SHALLOW WATERS. Over 200 Manta Rays have been identified and named HERE.
Come take a ride with us along the beautiful Kona Coastline and take in one of our magical sunsets on our way to the manta site. This tour should be on everyone’s bucket list. We will use our custom built lightboards to attract plankton providing a rich bounty on which Mantas may feed. On this night time snorkeling adventure, we will be floating on the surface as we watch the Mantas dance below us. Sometimes referred to as the “Butterflies of the Sea”, Mantas are completely harmless, they have no teeth, stingers or barbs. . Whenever possible we tie off directly to the back of the boat so swimming is minimized and you can easily enjoy the incredible show the mantas put on. It is exhilarating to be in the Ocean at night with the Mantas.
We approach each tour with your safety and enjoyment as our highest priority and have adapted our tours to reflect this. Our crew, who are all Lifeguard/CPR certified will be in the Ocean with you.
When you return to the boat, you will enjoy a cup of hot cocoa or hot tea.
Personal items such as cameras, cell phones, or any other valuables brought on board are at your own risk.
No Manta Policy: We do NOT guarantee Mantas. While we see Mantas 85-90% of the time, they are wild in the Ocean, and their appearance is beyond our control. No Refunds will be given for No Mantas … No Exceptions.
